What happens to the money collected.
Registration fees.
The registration fees cover the basic costs of keeping the registered party updated and current with all activities of the DCA Forum. The DCA Forum will use email and SMS messages to send out urgent announcements to the registered parties. The internet domain database and maintenance will also be covered with the registration fee.
Permit fees.
The permit fees are the standard prices for every permit payable to Government. The DCA Forum does not keep any portion of the permit fee.
Payment of animals.
The money collected from the trans location or harvesting of the damage causing animals will be used according to a business plan approved by the department. The interested and affected parties will have an opportunity to amend the business plan at the DCA Forum annual general meeting. Currently the business plan makes provision for fund distribution on the following basis; ( R20 000-00 example is used)
