1. Incident reports of damage causing animals are filed by the affected party with the environmental conservation officer. We recommend that the incident is also reported to the DCA Forum office with a fax or SMS to the DCA Forum office. 2. The DCA Forum office will notify all managers and officials on email and SMS about the incident. 3. The environmental conservation officer will inspect the incident and send an inspection report to the senior officials, verifying the incident. The department has laid down strict time frames for the environmental conservation officer to complete this inspection and inspection report. The timeframes will be displayed on this domain. 4. The DCA Forum applies for an Authorization letter, issued by the Senior Manager of the department on the amount of animals authorized to be trans located or harvested. The authorization letter is valid for the year. 5. The DCA Forum will recommend an action to follow and it will be of first priority to trans locate the damage causing animals, second option will be to harvest the animals and the third option would be to destroy the damage causing animal. 6. Permits based on the above priorities will be bought (with the Authorization letter already approved) and the DCA Forum will assist the landowner where the damage causing animals are at the time with the correct action plan. 7. The DCA Forum will keep close contact with officials at all times informing the officials of the movement of the damage causing animals. 8. The DCA Forum will keep and maintain a database of all interested and affected parties and the moment the decisions are taken the office of the DCA Forum will notify all the interested and affected parties of the action plan via email and SMS! 9. Rehabilitation centers and any other interested and affected party can register on this domain and will be kept informed at all times of all the filed incidents by damage causing animals. 10. The DCA Forum will act fast and make use of email and SMS services to inform all interested and affected parties. To cut costs phone calls will be limited to the absolute minimum. 11. The DCA Forum internet domain will also display incident reports. 12. It is under the guidelines of our laws and policies that the landowner have first option on the damage causing animal. The DCA Forum will try to educate the landowners on what permits to obtain and how to make contact with the department. 13. All damage causing animals will subjected to the departments pricelist and will be bought on a cash basis. In the event that a damage causing animal is destroyed there is no fee payable. We do want to emphasize that to destroy a damage causing animal is priority three on the action plan. 14. The money collected by the DCA Forum will be distributed according to a business plan. The business plan will make provision for;
